They offer various payment options including cash, credit, or debit, and payment is due in full upon the completion of the job. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a minimum $100 fee. Normal business hours are from 8AM to 6PM, seven days a week. Rates may change after normal business hours, with customers paying 2X the rate. Equipment such as dollies, stretch wrap, and tie downs can be provided upon request, but customers are responsible for supplying moving trucks or trailers. Falco Moving Company provides insurance coverage for damage that occurs during the load and/or unload part of your move. However, once your furniture is loaded and/or unloaded, the coverage stops. They will fix or replace damaged items up to a maximum of $.60 cents per pound per item. Please note that pressed wood and particle board furniture are excluded from their insurance coverage due to the weak nature of the material. If any damage to your property occurs, it should be pointed out to the lead mover immediately.
